I have been eating this product for more than seven years. My favorite flavor by far is Apples and Cinnamon. Adding fresh fruit and Splenda is always nice. In spite of my age, I recently had a heart attack and needed to change my diet. I spend a lot of time and energy to find the old memories in the states. I was happy to find that this oatmeal has a sodium intake is only 75mg per bag, on top of the almost no fat and a high percentage of Iron. But in China the oat meals are plastic bags packed and are cheaper while the flavored ones are more expensive. I mean the steel cut ingredient but has been steam and can be prepared with hot water without cooking in the micro oven. Now, if I could only talk you into providing a low sodium selection of you flavors, it would be perfect. When the weather cools off here in the south it warms me up from the inside out. Good source of calcium, iron and 6 other essential vitamins and minerals. My preference is the original (no sugar, no flavorings) instant oatmeal. I had no problem reacquainting myself with your oatmeal. This is my big hope as a quaker fan from China.
